Q: How do I shop on your website? How do I place an order?
Ans: Shopping on ZERO FUX is very easy.
- Browse the website to find what you'd like to purchase.
- Once you have found a product you like, click on the 'ADD TO CART' button next to each product.
- Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'SHOPPING CART' icon at the top of the page. You can use the 'REMOVE FROM CART' link to delete items from your shopping cart as well.
- Click on 'CHECKOUT' to complete your order.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
Ans: We are currently ship only in India! So, irrespective of where you reside in India, you can stay connected to ZERO FUX. There might be certain location which we may temporarily or permanently suspend delivery due to certain restrictions.
Q: What are your shipping charges?
Ans: Shipping price is fixed (Rs. 50) for an order irrespective of number products in that order. This pricing is fixed for all PAN India orders.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my product?
Ans: An approximate delivery time is 3-7 days from the date of placing the order. These are merely indicative, our endeavour will be to get the order delivered to you as fast as possible. If we foresee any delays, our customer service team will update you about the same well in time.
Q: What payment options can I use?
Ans: For your shopping ease, ZERO FUX offers several payment options that are absolutely safe and secure. You can chose to pay with a credit or debit card, which can be a Master Card, Maestro, Visa or Amex card, using our secure payment gateway – CCAvenue.
Q: Do you have Cash On Delivery option?
Ans: ZERO FUX does not support Cash on Delivery option as of now.
Q: Will I get a full refund if I return a product?
Ans: ZERO FUX will refund the paid amount in full only if the order delivered is damaged or an incorrect order is delivered. No refund will be given by ZERO FUX if the product has been delivered with the color and size as selected by the customer while placing the order. In the event of the error having occurred on the part of ZERO FUX, the product can be replaced or the amount can be refunded in the original mode of payment or as store credits at the sole discretion of ZERO FUX.
In case of multiple products being ordered, and if for any reason, ZERO FUX is unable to deliver a certain product/s, the customer shall be given a choice to select an alternate product. However, in case the customer does not wish to select any alternate product/s, ZERO FUX shall agree to either provide store credit to be used for future purchases or refund the amount for that particular product. The decision to provide a refund lies at the sole discretion of ZERO FUX.
Q: Where are you based?
Ans: We are based out of India, and all products are shipped from India.
Q: Are all your products genuine?
Ans: We guarantee that all products sold by us are genuine.
Q: How do I return a product?
Ans: In case a product ordered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been delivered, we would request you to please visit 'Return Management' section in your profile.
Q: Are the colors or products shown on the website accurate?
Ans: We take great pains in ensuring that we photograph all our products under standard lighting conditions so that the product image you see is as close to the product to see on the monitor. However, there may be minor variations in the color of the fabric, prints of the product image you see on your monitor and the actual product.
